Our lives are often frenetic as we juggle work and home life, often leaving us little time to pause and take stock of our own health and well-being.
Having recently struggled with this myself and having worked as a GP in the NHS for over 18 years, I am keen to share information and resources that focus on us all maintaining our own physical health and emotional wellness.
