To access this free on the NHS, you would need to see your GP or health visitor in the first instance to be referred (if appropriate) into either
- CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services) Surrey.
If you wish to go privately or have private insurance, you will usually need to go through your GP to see a child psychiatrist for an assessment before an onward referral for therapy.
